The following are some, but not all reasons, why someone might not be accepted as a patient: History of stroke, stents, cancer, diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH), Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS), advanced atherosclerosis, spinal hardware/fusions, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Marfan syndrome, Loeys-Dietz syndrome, osteogenesis imperfecta, stickler syndrome, heart issues, clots, spinal fusions, and severe osteoporosis.

Treatment for Patients with Spinal Hardware:
We do not treat patients with spinal hardware (fusions, disc replacements, spinal stimulators, etc.)

The number of treatments required will be determined after a thorough evaluation of your specific condition through a comprehensive history and examination conducted by the doctor. Each patient's needs and response to treatment may vary, and a personalized treatment plan will be designed to address your individual circumstances.
In general, for most cases, patients typically require between 1-3 visits to address a specific problem. However, it is important to note that in accordance with evidence-based guidelines, such as the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule (MTUS) widely used by States and medical establishments, up to 6 chiropractic treatments may be recommended.

During your initial consultation, the doctor will discuss your treatment plan, including the anticipated number of visits, and will be available to answer any questions you may have. The first visit is $399, it includes history, examination and treatment. Any return visit is $250 and includes examination and treatment. If the patient is not accepted as a patient after the first visit's history and examination, only the examination will be charged, which is $149.
